Over 20 years of experience, and a genuine passion for empowering the next generation of designers.
As a seasoned design leader, I understand the challenges and obstacles that designers face in their careers. With a background in design education and a wide range of professional experience, I can provide the guidance and support you need to succeed.
As a former head of a design bootcamp and current professor of design, I've taught hundreds of students from all backgrounds achieve their goals. Many have gone on to work for companies like Google, Amazon, Meta, and Apple. And as a past VP and design executive, I've led innovation efforts for startups as well as world-renowned brands like Porsche, The Home Depot, American Express, and Intel.
But perhaps most importantly, I've been both a people manager and an individual contributor, so I understand the path from both sides.
